I'm sure that most of the club is aware of this bike and the history I've had with it over the years.
Due to much confusion over the last few months (regarding its spec and different asking price for different permutations) i've taken the advice of many and now rrturned it to authentic factory spec. There are only two remaining modifications which I am loath to remove because they do add a significant improvement over the stock bike. A twin-disc conversion using a full-kit from Z Power - which at least matches the bikes performance somewhat and the set of period correct Marzzochi shock absorbers which have been completely rebuilt and fitted with Hagon springs.
This example has been ridden and maintained to the best of my ability over the years. It's not a mint, over chromed, show-queen but a very well preserved bike that just wears it's age and use with pride. It would make an extremely good base for the start of a full nut an bolt restoration (if that's what you wanted to do) or just start riding and enjoying ownership.
It has all of the original small parts that are now hard to source, the air-intake snorkel, the rear chain lube system, the tray and clear lid for the spare plugs, the toolkit and rubber strap etc. 90% of the bike are the original '75 parts, many of which verified by Rick at this year's NW rally. There are a few pattern parts scattered about but nothing major and I struggle to identify them.
