Age confirmation for DVLA

Hello all from a new member.
I have a 74 H2b project with a nova cert. I believe the DVLA will require someone of age confirmation from a club. Has anyone find this recently and what’s the process? Thanks.

I’ve tried the emails for Rick but they just bounce back. I left a message on his phone so hopefully he’ll find that.

Maybe try Facebook Messenger, but I did see a post yesterday where he said he was very busy for the next week or so.
