french Ardennes meeting 14 15 june 2025

The Ardennes meeting will be hold at Monthermé, 08800, France in the french Ardennes saturday 14 june sunday 15 june with some will arrived on friday 13 th for evening.
I need to know fast who will come as we need to book in the two hotels we know.
I can book the hotel for the bloody britts and anyway I need name and first name with email adress to give to Thierry - thatsome of you know - who is the mastermind between the even.
I need an answer before 9 february 2025 to book the hotels.
You can PM or email me and Woolfie, among others, has my mobile phone numbers.
We will be around 15-20 french guys all in K triples excepted my old mate with his ZH2 as he will never finished his own 71 H2 for june.
As we don't want some dumbed guys come you won't see any annoucement on the french K triple forum.

the shorter way from Calais to Monthermé is 279 kilometers.

That's alright then...
Ardennes is good for us too. Myself and Bird. Count us both in for that.
I'll contact Thierry because we might need 4 nights. The last time I went to a rally on Friday the 13th I was rammed by a Concrete Lorry.. I've never been superstitious but no point tempting fate.
By the way.. I don't have your Phone No..

4 days you mean friday evening, saturday evening which other day?

It will probably be Thursday night, but just book three nights (Fri, Sat, Sun) at the moment.. We will change the booking later if needed.
Actually, if you can let us know which Hotel(s), maybe we can book direct and save any confusion..?

I will do for the hotel but they're closed actually, and reopened february 7th 2025.

Having acquired a campervan, I was looking to possibly do a continental rally this year Graham, but unfortunately these dates don’t work for me.
. Hoping to be in Croatia on the tourer.

I really want to do a French rally this year, but with the NW Rally at the end of May, then the Norway rally beginning of June, I think this one will be a bridge too far

In my last communication with JP, he said that they were having trouble getting hotel rooms in that area.. I'm just home after a traumatic weekend, I have things to sort then I 'll contact JP again for you and Donna.
