:smt039 Hi all, just going through the electrical systems. All working apart from when I kick it over I do not see a spark at the plug. I have renew all the electrical stuff with Rex’s speed shop.
The only thing I have not replaced is the fuse box. Fuse things look ok ???? Anybody got any advice please.

Cheers Mike πŸ˜€πŸ‘πŸοΈ. Thumbs Up

Had a chat with one off our members and he recommended checking the kill switch. On comparing with my old one it had a rubber grommet thingy fitted which was not present in the old one
I removed the rubber grommet thingy and refitted the cables as per my old one that was shot on the out side. And hey presto we have a spark.

Thumbs Up Hi again, does the white plastic piece cover the on lead.
See photo. By the on lead I mean the black middle one.

If it's a repro switch, it is a known problem... viewtopic.php?t=21468

Yes, Bertrums are a "box shifter" rather than a specialist supplier who tests and modifies them to work correctly Thumbs Up
