The oil seal has gone on the output shaft - where the front sprocket fixes to.
1 - Can this be replaced without engine strip down.
2 - Where can i get the oil seal from?

Ivor

Z Power do seal kits, (and individual seals). Not sure if the one you want is in it.

Remove the sprocket, drill two small holes in the metal part of the seal 180deg apart and screw in some self tapping screws, use some big grippers to yank out the seal.
It helps if you take the torque off the studs in that area.
Ask RB or Simon (g6mow), or take it to your local bearing supplier...
Tap the new seal in with a wooden drift or large piece of tube and retorque the studs.

Took the seal out today - no problem, drilled a hole and as the bit snatched on break through - seal came flying out
