Hi all,
Here is a very recent video of an early H1 engine being weld repaired. I stumbled upon it by chance and thought I would share. This particular welder is an entertaining gentleman, but not sure I'd do things exactly as he did.

Interesting, but would liked to have seen it finished.

Worth saving due to the early numbers.

I would have liked to see the machining and contouring of the welds to allow the cylinders, crankshaft, and mating surfaces to fit. Also, I'm interested in if the owner intends to fill the extensive pitting.
