In Hertfordshire you have to take them to Court to see Speeding proof photo.

They have been getting away with it for ages, it 's just going to get worse now.
A friend of mine in 2007 won a case of failing to supply driver information, he went to court with a brief to represent his company, they won but only got 60% of the costs back, so lost about a 2 grand, they were told it was down to changing guidlines for claiming back costs and i'ts usually harder if your a company, they really try and nail you, if you don't win and they find you guilty you will always get the max fine because they can't give points to a Ltd company. He knew it would cost him money but it was a matter of principal at the time.
