In Hertfordshire you have to take them to Court to see Speeding proof photo.

They have been getting away with it for ages, it 's just going to get worse now. 
A friend of mine in 2007 won a case of failing to supply driver information, he went to court with a brief to represent his company, they won but only got 60% of the costs back, so lost about a 2 grand, they were told it was down to changing guidlines for claiming back costs and i'ts usually harder if your a company, they really try and nail you, if you don't win and they find you guilty you will always get the max fine because they can't give points to a Ltd company. He knew it would cost him money but it was a matter of principal at the time.

there are never innocent people, just guilty people who aren't caught

Shame they don't fucking do that in fucking Kent then
The moment myself & Mick "The pilot" Prentice asked to see photo evidance in Appledoor on the Southern rally when I was singled out of 45 bikes for doing 47 mph in a 30 zone the officer wanted to have us arrested just for asking a civil question, fucking wankers!!!!
Anyway thanks to everyone that contributed to my fine, I now have 3 points on my clean licence
