What are your thoughts on using epoxy for attaching badges on side panels. I suppose I could try and find some double sided tape but with me be a complete mingebag and I have some epoxy in the garage

Use double sided tape. You will be able to remove them if needed and less chance of getting epoxy all over your new paint.

if the mounting pillars are still there I find that running an M5 nut up them makes a decent job and can be removed no messing.

I'll pop some of the correct closed cell tape through your letter box on my way home tonight, we use loads of it at work
