Just had a run out on the H2c and when l got back l noticed 2 stroke oil all over the right hand side of my bike. On inspection found that the sightglass had unscrewed itself. Is this a common problem and how can l stop it happening again.

They usually stay put but put it in tighter next time.

or if yer worried, put some silicone sealer on there first, you'll have to degrease the threads and the window first or it'll not stick.

NOTICED THE KH500 LOOKED OILY LAST WEEK & ALSO DISCOVERED GLASS JUST ABOUT TO FALL OUT!
DECIDED TO TAKE TANK OFF TO CLEAN UP SPILL & THEN DISCOVERED THAT ON TAKING OFF FILTER IT WAS FULL OF BLUE GUNG & HARDLY ANY FLOW. STROKE OF LUCK BEFORE RUNNING DRY! MIGHT HAVE BEEN USED TO SEAL GLASS?
