Guys, just been on the phone to the Falcon Hotel for a marathon chat to find out who has booked what and with whom. Needed to do this so people dont get stuck with the price of a double. The girl said most had 2 people with deposits but a lot only had 1 name. They now require the 2nd name. Here is the list, please mail me the rest of the info by mail or pm.

Maybe if any9one has been let down by the person sharing, get in touch on this board and re arrange another sharer. BUT please tell me and I will contact the Hotel and do it for you.

as membership sec i spend a lot of time each week answering emails phone calls and visits to the po box
working on my bikes and others
southern rally looming to organise
club mag to distibute in the next 3 weeks
visit the post office tommorrow saturday to get stamps organised and geeting the address labels mail merged and labels made up
giving friends lifts to pick up bikes[sam]
i am doing about 12 hours work a day at the moment without club work and it dont leave much time for the wife

its only "another" week away gary
