Kawasaki Triples Club

So the DVLA are once again being total c+++s, I've completed the log book with engine change from gsxr 400 to Kawasaki 750, as I was told to do by them, I then get a log book with the name and colour change BUT still the original engine!
I phone them to ask why the engine wasn't changed and I get told a letter is in the post, said letter arrives asking for the engine to be taken to a motorcycle shop for inspection and to verify it's as stated, A trip to the local bike shop and an official letter is sent back to the DVLA, I get a letter from them today saying the cc doesn't match (I put 750cc) it should be a 749cc not 750cc.

So is a H2 a 749cc or 750cc as 1cc will make a huge difference!
