I thought the same company still makes new ones.
Maybe they are repro - that would explain why I picked up a new one for 40 quid a few rallies ago.
In that case - a lot of money for a date code.

Did they use that damper on the H2
You were lucky to get one for £40, repro gaiters are $60 .

That is the early very rare damper off the H1 Avenger etc, I have seen them go for more
This is a H2 repro also fits later H1 and many of the S Series
and I know a man who sells them

Kin ell you can get pattern ones for £40 I think from Zpower........how much did you pay for yours Nick???? Re the damper John Lutz from Mid Atlantic Motorcycles is selling recon ones with a new (pattern?) boot for $250 at least he admits the damping ain't all it could be but still look the part. Must admit I always thought the early ones just had a boot on but were same as later ones but am now wondering how they secured the boot at the yoke end of damper....will check out the original one on the "a" at mums in a coupla weeks........Nick come to Sams curry nite I can alway upgrade mine and ramms room to family!!!!!

That's even more mental - I think I paid just over £100 for my splitter (a few years ago), but if I'd known Z-power were doing them for £40 I'd have had one of theirs
