I order my crank seals from Sudco and then have them shipped to Bill B. He gets me a Flat Rate postage box and puts them & any other stuff into it and when full he sends it off to me. Works really well & saves a butt load on postage. :D

My last order from Sudco for a considerable amount of crank seals were sent out to Bill as per usual and he already had a big box almost full of stuff to send straight away. So, about 10 days later they show up here and all looks good (no VAT) But then, when I check off the seals, I find I have NO right hand inner seals for an H2 at all. I check the invoice and sure enough, $00.00 was the cost listed against them. Yep, the guy had shipped a load of incomplete H2 seal kits to me - what use is that to anyone??

I know I should have checked the invoice more closely but surely the guy should have pointed out that they had none in stock?

They still don't have any so I've found the last three sets I can get hold of. So, if you are waiting for an H2 crank from me - I am apologising now for any further delay in getting your crank back.

Chris.

I understand how you feel Chris, the same thing happens to me all the time. But the worst thing is when they replace the out of stock part with a totally different one :smt021

Asda do the same with the online shopping, i guess you are just lucky you didnt receive RH oil seals for a GT250 B instead.

Did you get my parcel Chris? the box was too short for the whole crank so i sawed it into 3 for you..... 8)

I must admit that when this heavy parcel turned up the last thing I expected inside was a chopped up crank!!

So I can finish a few H2 cranks for people that have been waiting, I got 3x sets of inner seals sent Priority Airmail from the US from another supplier. Just hope they don't get caught up in Customs and hold me up another two weeks!

Sam, you should be grateful I've taken so long with yours - it's now almost antique!

I am a SUDCO agent, could've brought you some back  . . . In fact I reckon I have a few sets in stock back in England . . . even though I don't sell parts  If you are desperate then give Alan a call and tell him they are in the bins on the back wall of the stores

Hi Chris,

Was good to talk to you back in December and I'm pleased to see you back on here. Even if it is at weird times.

No rush for the crank, just let me know when it's ready.

Andrew
