who knows if JMC mad a swinging arm that was universal to fit h2 or h1 ? by changing the rear spindle i have one that will fit in either frame at the pivot ,but the eccentric chain adjusters seem to have 3 holes for different spindle size
pivot length is around 480mm

have a JMC on the 350, but came off a rd4, machined out to fit the kawa, one of the adjuster holes at the back was correct size,
perhaps you need to look fer' one from a bigger Z series,

I think the other two holes are for fitting a special tool/spanner to rotate the eccentrics with when the chain needs adjusting Gary.
Have a word with Alan Smith when you next see him. This is the one he fitted new 25 odd years ago...

not so sure hal
all 3 holes are different sizes and look like they are designed for different size spindles one of them is the h2 spindle size 19mm? the other 1 is h1 spindle size 17mm?
and the third is smaller still then the other 2 probably 15mm
it hasnt got the brace on either
i suppose a picture is in order

Gaz give JMC a call, it is one man in a machine shop, He is easy to chat too and will remember what type of arm you have Gary T

That looks a lot more substantial than the std arm...

Should be a useful improvement ?
