h2c uk rear shocks

Can any one show me a pictures of a std uk h2c rear shocker.
Did they have the chrome sheild around the top like a z1 but without the reflector or was it just the spring without the top

I can't supply a photo of a standard UK H2C rear shock, but I can attempt to answer the second part of the question. I've just been looking at photos of my UK H2B I bought in 1976. The rear shocks have no upper shrouds and hence no reflector. I bought it as a bog-standard bike - nothing had been changed on it. I'm not a H2 frame gusset specialist but I've no reason to doubt that the UK H2C had exaclty the same part on it. A UK parts book I have would seem to suggest that is indeed the case.

Have a look at Richard Youngs H2C in the latest club mag, Simon. I can't imagine that bike having the wrong shocks on. HWN 613N.

Were do i get a good set of copys iv had a look at hagon they seem ok ?
