if a bike is declared manufactured before 1st Jan 73 then it will be tax free
if it is an American Import what dose the headstock sticker say?
if it does not have one then get in touch with Rick Brett and he will (for a fee) provide you with a dating letter for year of manufacture
he will know if it was made before the tax cut off
