ANY THOUGHTS?

HAVE THIS PERSISTANT LEAK FROM THE LEFT CARB BOWL GASKET, HAD IT DOWN NOW 4 TIMES CHANGED THE GASKET FROM THE BLACK TO THE BROWN CARD TYPE THEN BACK TO BLACK GASKET , TRIED DOING THE 4 SCREWS UP MEDIUM /TIGHT ECT STILL LEAKS ON MY H2.

presume you mean it leaks when the bike is stood,
bowl should not get that full it leaks through the gasket,
if you are leaving the bike on the side stand and petrol is getting past the tap, thats the first prob, then your valve is not shutting off the fuel also,

You may need to skim the float bowl face flat.
put float bowl on a flat surface too check.

in the float bowl is a brass rod for the overflow
sometimes these split
you can "cure" it by sleeving it with some heat shrink
the split is not always visible

Check your tap before spending more time on the carb. They leak. Take off the fuel pipes from the tap and watch for any sign of dripping at the tap outlets. If it drips even slightly, replace the o ring and rubber seal in the tap. They are cheap and available.
I had the same with the centre carb leaking but it was the tap.

If the carb was not faulty ( or set up wrong) then it would not leak,no matter what the fuel tap was doing
