H1 at Brighton speed trial

While the southern rally was under way a 500 turned up at the Brighton speed trial,but did not get a very good result,anyone know who this was? he did make a terminal speed of 89mph which i was not very impressed with.

the bike did look tidy,it just didn't come up with the goods!
i will see if i can find a photo/result for the days racing
