Higgsy just rebuilt my engine with Wossener pistons - rebore etc, etc.
I read somewhere that fully synthetic was not good for running in - can't find the post now
Advice gratefully received.
Thanks.

In a 4 stroke I would drop to a semi synth. But in a 2 stroke I would stick to fully synthetic.

Any of the new dino 2 stroke oils will be fine. Synthic can cause the rings not to seat. I have seen it....

When the bike was first used, there were no special provisions.. other than treating it gently, even that is frowned upon now by some.
Fer gawds sake just ride the bleedin thing...

I put any old shit in mine normally but using Carrfour half synthetic now.
Each time we go to France I buy a couple of bottles, 2L for £4 is a bloody good deal & it's good shit man
