Knee feeling good but swells up if i do not rest it! Find that if i lay down for a while it gets better. Frustrating as its quite strong now but still restricted on movement. Have an appointment next week to get aproval to drive/ ride again.
Hope to get lift down to bike club Thursday. All being well have S3 ready for Ace.

PLAN TO ROUND UP GROUP OF US FROM HERTFORDSHIRE TO HEAD UP FOR BREAKFAST THIS SUNDAY 22nd.
NOT SURE IF I WILL TAKE S3 OR S2A. BOTH NOT USED FOR TWO MONTHS DUE TO MY KNEE OP.

Due to weather looking iffy i will suggest at this stage we play it by ear! I will go if its OK & will contact local group if i intend to go.
If i do it will be off @ 9am from sT Albans.

Did your leg make it then Sam? there are sonme pictures on RBs but I haven't scrutinised them for familiar faces just yet..

We had a good ride down to Ace. Simon & Adrian joined local group.
Feeling sore but pleased all went well. |Ice pack on Knee trying to get swelling down!
