I think this was my 1st rally
I had a panoramic camera, so these are photos of photos taken on the floor

At the time I was only interested on taking bike pics, wish I had taken more of people as well now !!

i think the bike below is/was Andy Appleby's? a 500 in a 250 chassis

this bike is fitted with NOS bodywork, it is not until you start taking pictures that the variation in colours from the factory really shows

H2 Motor in a 250 chassis, scared Chris the owner silly, incidentally I now have this bodywork on my 400





Leo and His fellow travelling companion Gerrit?(I think) over on their nice hybrids from Holland



The S1 in this pic is "White Power" the bike they featured in bike? magazine when the S1 1st came out

The two Dutch Bikes are def. Leo's (purple H1) and more likely Hans Cornelissen's KH400/750 bike

They do nowt for me now,wont have another, BUT I did have it when there werent many about

11th picture down is my mate AL"S (who comes with me to Mid OHIO) KH250A5, possibly the first one seen in the UK
AL bought it from D+K for £650, sold it to me when the crank went ,I sold it to my electrician with anew crank, he sold it back to me, Rick bought it off me, Rick sold it back to me, AL bought it back from me
Still has the original receipt from D+K with it
I know AL does not make to many public appearances these days but he did do a rally at BASFORD MINERS WELFARE. the FAMOUS venue

and remember the trike round the field!!!!!

And the "throw the crank"
