It'll be even more Wow!! if the buyer thinks he's bought a genuine 72 NOS tank, rather than a factory painted later replacement;
which, in fact is what it is, and the seller hasn't mentioned or doesn't know

Shape, recess around the filler neck and latch and hinge brackets, it's H2B

but should be original kawasaki remplacement part, on the middle on the 70s when mother Kawa had no more 72 tanks in stock they repainted H2B tank already painted on candy lime or on candy brown on 72 blue or 72 gold!!

have noticed but if the thing was clear for us anorak's specialists thought it was better to clearify for the newbies
