I'm getting conflicting information for the stafford dates is it the 13/14th or the 20/21 october? need some clairty.

Either I need to be sacked with immediate effect and take a trip to Specsavers, or I am going completely mad!!!!!

Danny - you are right to point out that the October Stafford Show is 20th and 21st October 2012 and NOT 13/14th October 2012 as I have been advertising in the club mag since December 2011. Clearly the organisers changed the dates and didn't point this out when sending out the invitations (although the date is on the invitation of course); but why else would I have booked my hotel for the 12/13th October when I booked it back in January?!!!!

I will have to ask all those who have volunteered their bikes to confirm they can make the different weekend, unless they were already working to the correct date. We shall see.....! Otherwise I'll have to seek other bikes with only 2 weeks to go to submit the entry.

Phew!!! glad i booked both weekends, I will cancell 14th,

I managed to book the correct weekend, but it was showing "last few rooms". I too will have to cancel the previous weekend.

Just checked and Im booked in the spitfire on the 19th and 20th PHEW
