> Kawasaki H2s
In 1982 Bike magazine ran a story on two south London tearaways who spent their days tearing around on Kawasaki's wild 750 two-stroke. 20 years on they're still at it, one on the 1975 H2C he's owned since 1976 and the other on his immaculate, recently restored 1974 H2B. Read the full story for period silliness, restoration tips and the least environmentally responsible collection of vehicles in the UK (Mark's H2, his H2 drag bike and the 8mpg Dodge Charger they share a garage with...).

PS:- Schoolboy error Keith. Wait till RB sees the pic of your bike  Looks very nice though.

Me too.

In 1982 I was getting grief off all the sensible members of the family, like why don't you stop messing with that bike and get a nice car, you'll end up like your mate (no longer with us) and all sorts of other useful hints.

When that article was published in Bike, it convinced me that was the way to go, and I did. And still do, albeit a bit slower!

I may no longer have any of the sensible family, but I've still got my H1.

changed

You still had your hair when we first came to the Rallies... and those gawky teeth.. glad to see you got 'em fixed.
