Today was the day I had been waiting for! First ride on a 500 triple since 1977. An 8 mile round trip to MOT test, passed with
no advisories(even said the brakes were good) and it didn't seize!

Just as I remembered, the feel, the sound, mirrors full of smoke!
The brakes are adequate but not good. In fairness I have only
done 1000 miles on a Z900 (dual disc) to compare it with. Big difference in the power delivery which was the justification for buying it. Photos soon when my grandson shows me how!
