may be a bit of a mongrel engine no is h1a according to z power model history

if yoy visit triple resource page it will tell you that the engine number beginning with 5 would be correct for a European H1 with points from the factory.
the long rear mudgaurd, low oil pump cover also point to this being a European model
KH 400 genny cover, incorrect leavers & clamps, bars should be flat and a H1B seat.
just sine quick observations

it is a genuine bike it belongs to chris woods a club member
the numbers were varified by RB about 3 years ago when the bike surfaced from out of the blue :smt023
