I have seen a letter from nova stating that vehicles 30yrs old are exempt from the scheme.the dealer that showed me took it to his local dvla office.even they were not aware.they made a call to confirm it was genuine and registered his bike using the duty paid cert.

Ive just done a bike on this bais, but the DVLA local office checked and they have an updated notice that ays the 30 year rule will no longer apply after 16th July.

I think the fact is they do not know and are taking each one as it comes

.
When will it be ready for registering ? I can do a dating letter (with club discount :smt023 ), you'll need an M.O.T. and insurance, a photo and a brass rubbing of the frame number and you should be all set

Hail !!!! El Presidente, I'm a few months away yet but I'll get there. It's good to know you can help since the new laws came in force, the last H2a you got me I had no problem registering but then that bike had a title :?
