First ride in 25, but...

Finally got my sh*t together enough to finish my rebuild, and go for a ride round the block to check things out before MOT.

Took a good few kicks to get going, but once warmed up a bit it's sounding sweet (no baffles :D ). Thanks Gary. Top job!

My first ride on a triple for about 30 years, and first time on the road for this S3 in almost 25 as it seems to have been in various peoples sheds all that time. Rides lovely, well pleased  except when I went to open her up, she won't rev over about 3,500...

Seems fine when sat on the stand, but under load just not having it. Runs sweetly up to 3,500, and then hits a wall.

To save me going through everything from scratch, anyone like to point me to the best place to start?

Could be carb related, throttle position when it hits a brick wall will tell you what circuit you need to be looking at
