Got some time to kill this morning so here we go
I've brought the 72 Z1 Pete's on the Z1B and my son Iain is on his YBR125.
We were surprised on the journey to find ourselfs behind a certain van!

Boat journey was a little bit rough as it was windy!

First day we made our way to the north of the island to our friend Ady Critten who was building the H2R for a outing at Jurby on Sunday and the parade lap on Monday.
It was great to see Ady again and the bike was an outstanding restoration and a real credit to him
There were a few issues with the electrics but posh Pete knew his stuff on this and after a few test procedures we were confident that it was good to go.
Outside after a VERY short push Ady dropped the clutch and s he fired into life first time!!!
What a moment ,chuffed, you bet we were and the biggest grin was reserve bed for Ady!

I'm struggling to get the video on so have sent it to Darth who will get it sorted for me!

[/url]Back on the bikes we stopped in Ramsey and then had a ride over the mountain section of the course stopping at Guthries for some arty Farty pics!!

Further round on the course we stopped at the top of the mountain on the verandah section

Back at the grandstand my H1R which we had dropped off early in the morning was now on show in the Collins and Russell team kawasaki display and Ady had also brought his H2R

It's all a bit out of date the info as Higgsy fitted the original wheel last year

Weather is good since we arrived and back at port Erin my mum once again is cooking a five star meal
She had also bought me a programme and I was surprised to see a picture of me in it on the h1R at Jurby last year!!
With Foggy

Today we are off to the grandstand as I have managed to get a few all access passes and VIP hospitality passes
