Amazing service-Higgspeed

I placed this post here so that member or not, everyone could see it. I buy a lot of stuff....many of you have sold me things over the years as many on the US board have. I don't often comment either way. Since word-of-mouth is often how service providers gain their reputation, I never comment about bad service(keeps people from even knowing they are a possible source) and rarely, very rarely comment about good service because if we're paying without quibbling, we expect it.

As a couple of you know, I've recently got another triple, a S1. It is not in good shape, it's not even in decent shape.....basically, other than most of the tins and the points plate, it's a rust bucket. Not deterred, I've begun reaching out to various places around the globe to get the parts I'll need to sort it including a S2 top end....this is relevant to the post.

Last weekend, I reached out to a US based exp chamber fabricator. 5 days later, no response. This morning, I reached out to Higgspeed asking a couple of questions and requesting help with my selection due to the model/engine difference. Within THE HOUR, the response was received, my answers were all answered and the order placed & paid for, again, within the hour!

I don't care where you come from or where you live...THAT is great service in any language or any country!

Have not bought anything from Higgsy (yet) but have met him. In the short time in his company I have found him to be very approachable and easy to talk to. Not surprised you got such great service. Good luck with the rebuild.
