I'm pretty confident it's a 105 series GTV coupe by Bertone, and a very good chance of it being a '72.

Its not a Lancia or Grey and it's not a 1972 come to that!

She is a silver grey (more silver) 1976 Alfa Romeo 1600GT Junior
