But that's no good when the one site that can help you, wont allow you to get on to voice your anger because you cant get on in the first place.
people loose interest and move on, I & many others in the club would without question donate Rick £20 per year to get the other site back up & running, only because it was hassle free & the whole triple world was on it
OK your not gonna stop the odd W@#ker getting on their but it is/was a Frigging good site.
We need to get this problem on here soughted quickly before it's too late, as I used the other site to help me spread the word & organise local runs etc!!
Now the very people that i want to get across to cant get on here & therefore don't no what's going on.
I must spend at least £10 per month on block texting to 20+ Kent members that is already higher due to this problem
Ian Brookes
Abdul Savryn (SPSG Triple Guru)
Abdul Abdula Bryant (2 stroke tuner & time keeper)
Mick The Pilot Prentice
Nigel Reg Regalous
Pete Sparky Bowes
Posh Mike Adams
Gary Richardson (I wish I never brought Delboy;s old KH500)
Here are just a hand full of names that cannot get on, of which 5 are new members in the last 6 months!!!!
Get It Soughted Committee, Nuff Said
Real Street Triples Are Red lined Not Molly-codelled
Pull your tongue outta my arse-hole Gary dogs do that!
i will sort it out Del
i dont have the computer skills to do it but generally what happens is
a member emails me to say " i cant get on the site" i reply and link them to pete thornton who carries out the task and thats it
why didnt anyone email a club committe member ? to raise the issue ?
Hi Gary,
I had the same problem and still have to sign in twice,is that the norm.Regarding Del`s complaint I had the same, no clear directive how to access my account after I had joined the club.It was only by chance that I mentioned it to you that it got sorted otherwise I would still be in the wilderness.
unfortunately posh pete the webmaster travels all over the world and is unable to acess his computor all the time.
i sure ive passed some on to wolfie in the past to get members on the site???
I sent you more than one email to JP though with your log in details. Before getting on line and starting to use the site I had emailed some months before (possibly a year or so).
Our impatient world means that people forget paswords and log in details. For instance Kim Tester was on the phone with me several months ago and we were both on line looking at adding a short video.
Then a short while ago Richard Young told me that Kim was unable to get on the site. He had simply forgotten his log in. I would have automaticaly helped him and sent an email but I do not have his email address to hand. If knew his username I may be able to find his email that way but only if it is entered into his profile.
Speaking with Gary we do have a problem with some new joiners who pay by post&cheque because more often than not we do not have their email contact details but also the process may hiccup so we need to resolve it. PayPal works better because their details are automaticaly on line.
A good solution would be to put a full size 'Log In Help' page in every single magazine with contact details. This could be on the form of a standard ad but not at the back of the mag. That way we should be able to everyones attention.

Idea's are always more welcome than complaints.
Why cant you simply make a new Forum under General that every man & his dog can get to where people can voice their problem & thus it can be resolved asap!!
I am with you Pete with what you say regarding people forgetting pass words etc, however I do seem to remember It took "you" several attempts to get me on here too
