Out on a run on the H1A and broke a spoke which shredded the rear tube

Unless I can get a single spoke so,I can do a quick fix it looks like I'll have to bite the bullet and get the wheel rebuilt as all of the spokes look past their sell by date and unfortunately the rim is in a really bad state as well.

All of which means that I won't have it on the road for the southern triple's rally in 2 weeks time

nipped down to Brighton today [Ace café Brighton run ] H1A running spot parked the old girl up walked around for an hour jumped on bike kicked her over and she locked up. She had only gone and hydrolocked up on me. I always turn the fuel off but forgot this time and for some reason the left cylinder loaded up with fuel.AA got me home a load of fuel run out the end of the Higgspeeds so will try and get fuel out fire her up and see If there is any damage apart from that not a bad day
Ps I had to do the walk of shame pushing the old girl along Mariner drive past thousands of bikers

Noting big here really, just a partial repaint. I change paint jobs every few years, as I just get tired of them. I changed from a dark metallic blue stripe last year, to a dark green metallic stripe. But I just didn't like it. So I just finished changing the stripe to a more 70's pastel blue. Thumbs Up

Attacked the shed. Roof extended, reboarded and refelted. Thorough decluttering. Workbench now useable. And look what I found at the back gathering dust. :D :D

Took out My H1B for a blast to test it after fitting the crank that Gary Clarke rebuilt for me , apart from a few niggles with spark plugs mechanically ran like a sweetie a lot more confidence blasting one of these when you put the engine together yourself. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UnODafB ... e=youtu.be https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9GP7_C7 ... e=youtu.be

That's good if you think I speeded the camera up but I can assure you that's why I like my bike going perfect I like to ride these bikes the way they were meant to be ridden I was actually holdeing back a bit as I think I have suspect plugs and was getting the odd bit of pre ignition when giving it it the beans I have put as post in asking about these suspect plugs from ebay.
