Poorly H2 at Devils Bridge.

Post by David Riley »

Must be a day for poorly triples!.
Was going to have a rideout today to Devils bridge on my H1 Flattracker got as far as Gisburn. The bloody thing was coughing and spluttering at anything over 6k. Ooh it's more tempremental than my woman it was spot on last i time i took it out last Saturday! So turned round and went home and jumped on my TDR and low and behold another poorly triple a gold H2 was just being put on a trailer.
Must be a day for triples misbehaving me thinks :(
Was it anyone on here i think he was with a chap on a 400 triple?

Regards
Dave.

I believe it was Keith Berry on the H2, with suspected blown crank seal

Malc,

That's so funny because when Kerry and I saw this bike at Mid-Ohio this past summer I told her "You wait honey, Malc will have this bike back at his pitch before Sunday afternoon!! I even took a picture of it!

I am kind of surprised that you hadn't noticed that it might have low compression! I hope that you didn't kick it too long before figuring out that it wasn't going to start!!
