Just a heads up if anyone is sat on a project or frame / chassis with the a4 style V5 from back in the day the DVLA without warning have decided to ask for evidence of the existence of your project with pics otherwise you lose the number etc and it will be an earner for them if you have to re reg the thing obviously .

Both my old projects now on new log books. My Gilera never had a log book! Applied for one ( only had number plate) even though not showing on dvla system and got new book.

have pictures of my 71 H2A in parts if someone needs some evidences for DVLA the weak point is it's a one shot for UK, PM if needs.
Bike with fork and wheels petrol tank seat tail rest, engine threw on the frame, set of exhausts in front of, have also picture with frame numbers but sure you don't need this peculiar picture
