Thanks Simon 8)

so I've been up the garage today and stripped the cases the bench looks like the debris field from the Titanic :?

But I'm pleased to say that the cases are OK so they have been stripped, put through the parts washer and set up ready to be re-assembled.

However the crank didn't fair to well so is on its way to Gary Clarke, the cylinder is on its way to Nametab Engineering to be re-sleeved, so its a waiting game.

No pressure that the NW rally is at the end of the month and the MOT has expired but I will try everything to have Orville there.

I have however been offered a bike just in case by a very brave man, what a great club this is 8) 8) Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

Had a cold ride out to The Raven truck stop at Whitchurch tonight and bumped into Garry Leonard on his H1d.

H1 back running again with new MoT. Went to Goodwood Supercar sunday Breakfast club with my son. He rode the Kawasaki, I was on the Honda following him to make sure that it was smoking from all 3 pipes!!!! only a 50 mile round trip but no problems.

John robbed me of my S3A & S1B.
The S3A had been in my garage unused for nearly three years!

That's the trouble with having so many bikes Sam, you can only ride one at a time..

Making a mess like that is becoming a lifestyle Kerry... but you seem to take it in yer stride where most of us would have to weep first.. I expect Orville will live agian, and shortly too by the looks.

I was quoted £170 to resleeeve a H2 Barrel by that awfully nice man near Nottingham (I have his details somewhere).

*************************************************************************************************************************************

I spent most of this evening in the garage applying copious amounts of Solvol, Colour T-Cut and Wax polish to the S1.. It's the biggest clean she's had since the rebirth. I wouldn't want those posh froggies thinking I don't look after her properly.

Mind you it's now 10years since the finishing resto touches were applied and 17 since the first items were done, so she's effectively a 17year old bike again and things are starting to re-deteriorate. :(

Went down to the Washington Wetlands Bike Meet this evening. I met up with Chris for his first ride on the reborn H2A, Rob H came on his R90S and Rob S was on his KH500. As my H2C has disgraced itself by getting a leak in the petrol tank from one of the welded seams I went on the Z1B. A lovely early Summer/Late Spring night. Good times :D

Farmer John delivered my new toy. Only took 30 minutes to get it running. Then an hours cleaning thought why not mot it! Passed with only a couple of minor issues. Those tyres must be 30 years old .

Kerry and I rode our vintage bikes to mass yesterday.....after looking through the garage, I figured God deserved the best so I rode my H2C and Kerry took her newly cleaned and polished '87 GS450L. It sure is fun riding any of my triples...so light and the C/G is so low that it's fun to ride them instead of wrestling my modern bike!

Fired up on the second kick and finally Kerry learned NOT to ever follow a triple!

Good times

The 'Greenie' sees the light of day after being stripped over the winter for a freshen-up and to provide loads of 'correct' donor parts for my next H2A project, which will be a bit of a rivett-counter

Just hope it'll start...

Cleaned my H2A on sunday, crashed with it this monday morning after slides blocked again, back home with it, jumped on my H2B, a broken thumb right side, some ribs hitted left side but still can ride on few issues on the À, broken fairing but easy to repare, just ignition cover broken and turn signals. The bad thing is I haven't fitted my TM 32 just because got only two actually
