24th Carole Nash Classic Motorcycle Mechanics Show, Stafford

Post by Nick64 »

The organisers have confirmed the Club's stand. :D

This is the main show of the year let's see if we can make this a good display.

Date: Sat, Oct 14, 2017 - Sun, Oct 15, 2017
Venue: Staffordshire County Showground
Location: Weston Road, Stafford, Staffordshire ST18 0BD

The club needs your bike... 10 of them. and help with the stand.
Bikes have to be in place all weekend from 08.45 Saturday until 17.00 Sunday.
I already have had some offers.

"Is there a theme?" I hear you ask.

How about trophy winners from club events? Or even if you think you should have won a trophy?

I need to know by the 11th August so that I can send the organisers our entry details in order to get tickets/passes etc.

Please get in touch by replying to this post or by a PM if you prefer; or events@kawasakitriplesclub.co.uk

More info at http://www.staffordclassicbikeshows.com/ or by asking...

As agreed at the AGM the club will pay £100 towards your expenses for the weekend if you show a bike.

Bikes still needed for Stafford.

I have had a few offers but I still need about 6 more.

I need to let the organisers know soon so that passes etc can be organised.

If that's what you have to offer currently that would be great as the club needs to fill places on the stand...

But seriously - Big thanks to those who have offered (I will be in contact to get the required information for the organisers) BUT The Club still needs another 3 bikes.

The "theme" this year is to showcase the club. We have members who RESTORE triples to a high standard, we have members who RACE triples and we have members who RIDE triples. Some do ALL THREE.

We have a selection of nicely restored bikes, solid unrestored bikes, race winners, a rider or two and a special. They are H1, H2 S3 and KH400 so the 250s are unrepresented.

I need to know ASAP please.

Looking forward to meeting some of you chaps at Stafford. I'll be staying at Spitfire Fri/Sat nights and pissing it up with the Z1OC as usual.
