The black S1 on ebay looks like it has an S1c engine fitted to it. I asked him for the engine number which was S1E18490.

thats crap without the early engine too,
makes you wonder how original it is, some carb specs are different too,..

I'm not surprised! I thought it was suspect due to the 4-hole points cover and polished cases. Probably later pipes as well!!!
