Team Denco at the TT

Post by 666rog »

Malcolm Anderson, as you know, is running an H1R at the TT parade this year . For some time now, Team Denco UK has been doing much of the preparation work on this bike at the Teams workshops in Hounslow, West London. The bike will run under the Team Denco UK name for this event. Malcolm has decided this due to the success of this UK based subsidery in the recent Santa Pod challenge that saw Team Denco as official winners. I am very proud to be managing this new TT team and will be collecting the bike this Saturday to complete the prep during next week. Testing and carburrettion set ups will hopefully be done at Jurby airfield, IOM. Myself and Malc will require possibly 2 more people in the pit crew for the Friday. I will be interviewing for these posts during the next ten days. Telephone/e-mail/ PM messages are required to apply. Only proven Denco enthusiasts will be considered for this post. People who do not own any original Denco performance parts, or who have been heard to slander the Denco name, will not be considered. Also, you need to be able to travel to the TT this year. I would like to thank Malcolm for entrusting this project to Team Denco UK and take this opportunity to wish him all the best with his H1R.

Guest (as you prefer to be known) this did happen. Water under the bridge old boy. Our backers in the USA have sorted this and we move on. They want to keep the name alive, so do Nipper and I. I do own numerous genuine Denco parts, others I have passed on to other club members who will now qualify for interview for one of 2 prestigeous jobs. As the Team co-ordinator and Chief Technician it will be for me to find 2 suitably qualified and loyal Denco Team members. People who have recently shown loyalties to Team Last by Gasp will not be considered.
