This is dealt with at the club agm as per club rules

Treasurer: Shall keep correct accounts and books showing the financial affairs on the Club, credit all moneys received, submit a statement of all financial affairs of the Club to the Annual General:
Be responsible for the payment of the clubs Bills and insuring that the liability insurance is kept up to date and fit for purpose.

Early days yet Sam, a lot of people forget but I will start sending out reminders soon. Over half have renewed which is good at this point, so we are have 298 at the moment.
