. I posted a thread a few days ago with a question about the h2 front mudguard bracket as the one I have bought does not fit easily and wondered if h2s varied in this area. ok I don't expect or assume that someone or some members might have any interest in the posted subject but common info is one of our core values on these triples i.e." are we not all together sharing stuff? Which leads me to think is there something I've missed here...I've just spent £250 on a 45yr old mudguard & bracket and wanted some advice and what I received is one reply saying I hear a "hoover " and a second reply showing 4 smiley faces . could this be at our age dementia related or just plain old fashioned piss take ....keep one wheel up yes!....please disregard this whole post if 4 smiley faces and a hoover coming is code for advice... please don't come back with "inappropriate " and yes I also know someone with the infernal condition but as with smiley faces its banter isn't it ?

Deciphering the code, I'm guessing there is a difference and the one you have is scarcer and therefore more valuable. One of our members is fondly known as 'The Parts Hoover' for his ability to hoover up surplus rare parts, hence the quip. It is of course frustrating if you're not in on the joke.

I see where Gard is coming from, if he`d had some sensible replies and then the piss taking replies (which you are going to get) then it may have been ok for him to accept it as he would have had the answer he wanted. I have had it and probably others as well i`ve asked a question and had a piss taking reply followed by another and another until in the end the question you asked never gets answered.
