Test Ride.....

Post by garry,l »

Got the 400A4 below last summer with a genuine 3K miles. Amazingly original but clearly the low miles meant it'd spent most of it's life doing not-a-lot so needed all the usual stuff sorting as well as a proper detailing, but other than a few bit's she's done.

Took her out for her first run yesterday and was VERY impressed how well she rides, I've owned 2x H1's and a H2 prior to this and have to say the little 400 is a much nicer 'real world - real roads' bike  . Test ride was cut a little short by a flat battery due to a fried Reg/rec but overall I'm very happy.

If only I had a spare Paintset in Candy Royal Purple Triple life wouldn't get much better. :D

Garry ... the KH400 should run with a flat battery. I ran mine for a full summer with a bolloxed battery.

She ran perfectly thanks Simon. but after 20 or so miles of riding with the lights on I started to lose indicators etc so headed off home to check why.
