Scottish Motorcycle Show, March 3/4 2018

Late in the day but I have booked stand space (have spoken with Nick, still to confirm club insurance) at this years show.
At present we have 4/5 bikes to show thanks to two local members Alan and Mike to show.
I have asked the organizer for 6/8 spaces, anyone else wishing to show please be quick as I have to confirm entrants.
If not showing but attending please stop by and say hello.

Please note that due to current weather conditions the show has been rescheduled by the organisers following discussions with the emergency services.

The Carole Nash MCN Scottish Motorcycle Show has been rescheduled from this weekend (3rd/4th March) to Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th April 2018 at the Royal Highland Centre, Edinburgh, in light of current weather conditions in the North of England and Scotland.

I was sceptical when the show webite said they were going ahead on Wednesday and we already getting snow.
Walked into work on Thursday and about 9pm they decided to close the factory and start back on Monday so not surprised that they cancelled. I was surprised that they had it at the start of March.

Thank you Tony for confirming for April. I'll check with the others in due course but at least one member will be working on the new dates.

For the first time in many years I knew I would definitely be able to make it to the show and exhibit for the club.
Yes, the weather this year has been exceptional, but, it is in Scotland, when are the organisers going to learn that April in any given year is not just preferable but necessary for the enjoyment of the crowds and outdoor events.
