Re: Why??????
Odd really - the seller is perfectly open about it being 1971 - frame and engine number all available. What's it gonna go for then??

Re: Why??????
Some people are blind to it, no idea about numbers or years of manufacture!
Put some H1A bodywork on that bike and it will struggle to make £2500 to £3000+

Re: Why??????
Prices of ALL h1s are on the up with even shite project bikes fetching silly money!! Early drum brake bikes make more even H1a's and they made a LOT of them
The white 69 is arguably the first superbike out of Japan so it will strike a chord with many people
but personally I think a red 70 looks better. As Malc says a lot of people won't have a scoobie re engine and frame numbers but the iconic looks of the white 69 will get people bidding and we all know what happens when you want sommit but keep getting outbid
A good early scalloped tank now will set you back £600+. I keep out an eagle eye on eBay for h1s for sale and sold and have done for many years...........they ain't getting any cheaper for sure (thank fxxk)
