YORKSHIRE AREA CHRISTMAS CURRY NIGHT.
I contacted area rep Graham Denton and asked if he was organising a Christmas Curry Night
Apparently I'm the only one that's asked him
Is anyone else interested in having one?
Funds from the club are available for this, so can we have some interest please?

Re: East West yorkshire Christmad Curry night?
I've left it a little while to gauge the level of interest and I reckon most will be waiting for times/dates and locations before speaking up so:-
Being Yorkshire gits, how about we do things a little different and wait until after Christmas? This will give some of the other areas regulars a chance to join in too.
I just spoke to Scottish Neil about finding a good venue, the mid point for many members and easy Motorway access from the N,S, E and W is around Wakefield, so Neil is going to approach the Bengal Palace aiming for an evening in the first week(end?) of the New Year.
We will need some idea of how many people are interested, so please add your name..

And as we had such a troop visit us for last one, I thought maybe we could have one in January ?

Wolfie , I doubt many of us would want it to be a weekend. Lots of us are allowed out on a school night ?!!

Re: Yorkshire Region Xmas Curry Night.
I beg to differ on that Neil, I think most would prefer weekends. Midweek makes it difficult for people with jobs. weekends doesn't preclude anyone.
So it is time to ask who's interested?

Wolfie - as I have said we can only do weekends really as we both work and Bev works in a school and can't get 'holidays' - not that she needs any extra.
We would like to come to some of the curry nights - but really only possible for us Saturday and we would stay in a hotel overnight so we can have a drink.
Just my two pennyworth

Nah, school night isn't the best, we'd have to leave before it started (in bed at 10 cos we get up at 5)

Neil from my perspective we just can't do week days as already said - but hey it's your do - so do it when you want.
If we can't make it - that's our tough titty
