what did the staff all wear and does anyone have any photos?

For the sales people I just remeber shirts, jackets and ties at Banbury Kawasaki and Hartford Motorcycles. Also at Glandfield Baldet in Northampton Neil Young was also a 'shirt and tie' sales manager. He went on to set up Neil Young Motorcycles before recently selling out to one of the big chains.
All the dealerships around here wore the same regalia, typical of the middle managements era of the time. The workshop was overalls.
Those manning the clothing, parts and accessories would have dressed down a little.

the owner of the first dealership in Blackpool wore a wheel chair,
bike crash too,
you think that would have put the punters off !!,
no way he made a packet in the early - mid 70's,
dont remember them wearing uniforms though,
jumped on the back of a Z1 for test run, yellow and green, 135, down main road, fastest we'ed ever been,

allways thought all triple owners where nutters!!!
