It's strange, I went out for a ride on the local roads today and now they feel more dangerous compared to the race track.

Probably because they are

Well, yeah I suppose. Just the popular conception is that race tracks are dangerous, and I was surprised how 'safe' it felt on the track despite going a lot faster than I do on the road. Maybe they should spice it up a bit with cars going round the other way, a few cyclists, potholes, sideroads, stray dogs and a handful of pedestrians.

What a fantastic weekend, can't believe how much fun I had over the two days.
Even after blowing Orville up on day one session one
I have to say a massive, massive thankyou to Kawa Clive and farmer John for the loan of their bikes for the last two sessions. Although I did farmer John a favour as Nick Patience had oiled up the plugs on his session

There were only about 12 or so of us - so there was nowhere near the numbers needed for a Triples track session.
Huge thank you to Farmer John for loaning me his bike for my track session.
It was my first ever track session and then doing it on a bike with an unfamiliar gearbox that I didn't own made it doubly concerning.

Same here Nick, thanks for organising. And as stated previously, this could turn out to be a regular event for the club. I will certainly be going again.
