Ok bought a set of cruzinimage pistons and they don’t come with a set of expander rings. As this is my first engine build on a S3,would appreciate anyone’s advice . So can these pistons be fitted without the expander rings and that is the reason they don’t come with any. I see other brands don’t come with the expander rings. I’ve read also that some folk don’t bother fitting them .
