Greetings,
The rev counter on my S3A has decided to stop moving after working just fine. Does anyone know if that a common occurrence and fixable? Connections either end of cable are tight.
many thanks
J

And if it isn't spinning then don't run the bike in case the oil pump is also not working..
The drive comes from a Helical gear on the end of the Crankshaft, if the locking bolt has come adrift then the Pump will also have no drive.
More likely that the plastic gear that drives the Tacho has broken, but you won't know until you get that Clutch cover off.
