I wondered how much energy is expended in the production, transportation and onsite construction of each Wind Turbine or Solar Cell..

And how it takes them to repay all that energy.

There must be a fair amount of Diesel burnt by the construction machinery alone.

And solar cells are black, they get bleedin hot in blazing sunshine, does that add to the warming and thereby undo the good that they do?
We should be covering the fields in Mirrors not black things. And aim them at Chris's house to warm him up
